Advantages

Powerful surface and bottom agitation for fast mixing of manure.

A rubber hose between the Maxi- Pump and the reservoir absorbs vibrations.

Note: The Maxi-Pump can be installed above ground level to keep environment clean and help draining the pump once reservoir is empty.

Components Specifications

Two kinds of 12" intake pipes are available to easily adapt most reservoirs.

Hydraulic directional valve to select agitation of reservoir or loading of spreader.

20 feet loading pipe.

Large operating deck which attaches to the reservoir at the exact place wanted.

Rotative valve to select surface or bottom agitation without decreasing R.P.M. of P.T.O. shaft.

Maxi-Pump and Port Hole Agitator
Advantages Positive agitation to minimize solid residues between the port holes of pit. Loading capacity up to 1500 G.P.M. No hose to connect to load the spreader.		Components Specifications Reinforced 6" suction hose with intake protector. Hydraulic directional valve to select agitation of pit or loading of spreader. 20 feet loading pipe. 6" P.V.C. brown transfer hose (100 P.S.I.) Remote agitator (steel or aluminum) that rotates to help agitation between the port holes of pit.

Hand primer pump with 6" gate valve.

Optional hydraulic motor on primer pump.

Maxi-Pump For Solid Manure Platform

Advantages

Siphones water alongside the wall of platform to load solid manure with front end loader.

Maxi-Pump Specifications
Standard Equipment 3 point hitch with adjustable legs. 20" diameter impeller with 6 blades. Bearing assembly in oil bath protected by a greasable 3 seals mechanism. Intake flapper valve with thick rubber to positively shut against a stainless steel pipe. 6" intake and discharge. Optional Maxi-Pump on trailer. 3" High Pressure Pump On Pontoon
*To transfer liquid up to 63 feet of working head.* Pump Specifications Direct drive - 3 to 10 HP. Unique bearing assembly with greasable flanged bearings always above water level. No seals and bearings in urine. The pump can be adjusted heightwise to get only 4 inches of liquid over the pump housing. Built with a progressive centrifugal pump housing to deliver high pumping head with low HP. Curved blade impeller made of ductile cast iron. Grease bank allowing the installation of remote grease lines to lubricate the pump from the side of the lagoon. Pump can be tilted up for easy maintenance.

Pontoon Specification Each polyethylene float is completely filled with foam and is UV resistant assuring long life. Floats overall dimensions: Width 7' 3" - Length 8' 4". Total weight of pump and pontoon: 820 pounds.


4" High Pressure Pump

Built with a progressive centrifugal pump housing to deliver high pumping head.	14.5" impeller driven by motor ranging between 20 and 40 HP.	Belt driven allowing to adjust pump RPM to use maximum motor efficiency.
4" High Pressure Pump On Pontoon
		The 4" high pressure pump is geared to transfer 500 US GPM at the highest pumping head possible. See graph below.

4" Horizontal Agi-Pompe^® 12 Feet On Pontoon
To agitate main lagoons containing filtrated liquid from sloped screen separators and processed through fine fiber lagoons.

8" Flush Pump
Low RPM to run many hours a day with minimum maintenance.
A check valve at the pump discharge keeps the water in the flush line between flushes to reduce air hammering.	16" impeller driven by motor ranging between 7.5 and 40 HP.	Belt driven allowing to adjust the pump RPM to use maximum motor efficiency.
8" Flush Pump On Pontoon

The 8" flush pump is normally geared to flush at the highest rate possible and at relatively low pumping head. See graph below.	8" Vertical Flush Pump Pump length available: 6 - 8 - 10 and 12 feet.

Tool Bars For Liquid Manure Without Fibrous Material
	Tool Bar with Ground Surface Flex Drop Hoses Low Spreading Tool Bar to gravity-apply manure directly on the ground, reducing order to a minimum. Enables even spreading under windy conditions. Tool Bar is available with 12 or 16 hoses for spreading widths of 15 or 20 feet.

24" Hydraulic Disc Injectors
	The Tool Bar with Hydraulic Disc injects liquid manure in all types of soil at a minimum speed of 5 mph (8 km/h) and a maximum depth of 6". The 12 foot wide tool bar allows a maximum spreading rate of: 5,000 u.s. gal. per acre with 6 discs mounted at 24" center to center; 6,700 u.s. gal. per acre iwth 8 discs mounted at 18" center to center.

	Operation: Each disc injector is connected to a hydraulic cylinder in order to better follow the contour of the ground. This way, each injector adapts to uneven ground while maintaining its working depth with no effect to the other injectors working depth.
Note: The tool bar with 24" hydraulic disc injectors is not compatible with spreaders EL48-4D-3200, EL48-6D-3600, EL48-6D-4000, EL48-6D-4350 and EL54-2800.

Manure Distributor
The Distributor with Atop Gravity Discharges ensures a uniform flow at each outlet.
