When fitted with the tongue and axle package, the Cadman Power Pak utilizes and adjustable rear stabilizer for added support. Simply pull the pin and drop the leg. It couldn't be easier!

Cadman uses a high technology variable-pitch fan for maximum performance. This ensures that the highest amount of air possible is flowing through the radiator while using the least amount of horsepower.
Guage Panel
Guage Panel

This simple to use locking panel gives you all the protection you need to run the Cadman Power Pak safely. Standard features include tachometer/hour meter, coolant temperature, oil pressure and volt meter. A water pressure guage is also standard on units equipped with water or manure pumps. The temperature and pressure gauges include safety shut-down features and, for added protection, optional coolant level and oil level shut-downs can be installed.

We take pride in our products, which is why Cadman uses more than just channel iron for its frames. Each frame is constructed from formed steel plate providing higher strength and a smoother finish. As well, a Cadman Power Pak can be upgraded with a tongue and axle package or fuel tank, at any time, with its modular design.
Fuel System
Fuel System

Cadman fits all of its Power Paks with both a fuel filter and fuel/water separator. To make sure your engine has plenty of fuel, Cadman provides an appropriate sized fuel line, cut to any length you may require. As an option, any Power Pak can be fitted with a 140 U.S. gallon fuel tank. This fuel tank has an easy access fill neck and fuel guage.

Part of making the Cadman Power Pak the best choice is how the engine is mounted. Following the guidelines of the engine manufacturer, Cadman mounts the engine and performs vibration analysis, so that you, the customer, have an end product that provides smooth, trouble-free service.

As on option, every Cadman Power Pak can be fitted with either an in-line or side-load clutch. This option makes the Power Pak versatile for any application from driving deep-well turbines to powering a rock crusher.

 
 
Axle/Hubs

Axle/Hubs

The Cadman Power Pak incorporates a movable/reversible axle package. By simply loosening two U-bolts, the axle can be moved forward for a fuel tank option, or rotated to give either higher or lower ground clearance. As well, Cadman uses 4,000 lb. spindles and hubs for guaranteed stability and strength.

Cadman uses Lima-Mac generators for pivot applications. This option is available with the generator or the mounting bracket only. All generators come with proper pulleys and guards.

    Pumping Trailer

    Cadman offers and array of diesel power units featuring engines from Cummins, John Deere and Daewoo. These high quality power units can provide you with superior performance and low fuel consumption. Available in horsepower from 35 to 1000, Cadman can match an engine to the right pump for you.

    As well, Cadman can place your engine and pump combination onto its specially designed trailer. The unit can then be optioned with an air compressor for blowing out the discharge line, a submersible pump for force feeding the pressure pump. either a manual or hydraulic boom for moving the submersible pump, a large capacity fuel tank, and enough deck space for an ATV. Whatever your needs, Cadman can provide you with the equipment to get the job done right!

       
    Portable Storage System
    Portable storage bladder and bladder caddy
    For storage of liquid manure, Cadman carries the complete line of portable storage bladders by Albers Alligator. The bladder has a capacity of up to 53,000 gallons, and is constructed of PVC coated polyester fabric. Each bladder comes with three 6" connection points, three vent tubes, and a 10 ft2 piece of patching material. The badder allows for continuous operation of a drag hose or tanker in fields that are located far from the pit or lagoon. The slurry can be pumped into and out of the bladder simultaneously, while he third port allows for agitation inside the bladder. The bladder can be rolled up and transported using the bladder caddy, a self-contained trailer mounted hydraulic reeling system and carriage. When rolled up, the entire system can be towed safely on public roads by a pickup or SUV. Cadman also has available the Albers L-tank, Aqua-tank and the Bladder-tank which can hold up to 1.32 million gallons of fluid.

    Soft Hose Barbs and Fittings
    Cadlock fitting
    Cadman has available a complete line of fittings for soft hose, including its own Cadlock couplings and barbs. The Cadlock features a cut-resistant barb system that prevents the hose from tearing while being wraped onto a caddy. It also incorporates Cadman's own gasket which has been designed for a tight seal even under low pressures. The large bore sleeve is designed for lower pressure loss and greater flow characteristics. Cadman also carries the Red-Head coupling which has a positive face seal and integrated locking system. This coupling is widely used in fire departments and municipal applications.

    Cadman Hard Hose Drag System
    How It Works

    Using the Cadman Hard Hose Drag System to spread liquid manure is simple and economical. Park your Hard Hose Drag Reel in the centre of the field the manure is to be applied in. Uncoil the hard hose pulling towards the farthest corner. Simply drag the hose back and forth across the field until the whole field has been covered. When finished, unhook the applicator from the hard hose and wind in the hose.

    Cadman offers two different surface application booms. both booms are quick-hitch friendly and are easy to hook up to a drag hose system. The hydraulic splash plates can be raised or lowered from the tractor, allowing the operator to easily achieve the desired width and overlap in the centre. Cadman also has available a splash plate kit (shown above), allowing you to install our splash plates onto your choice of tillage equipment.

    Monitoring System Monitoring System

    As an option, Cadman offers a multi-level monitoring system that can be placed in your tractor. The first step is a magnetic flowmeter, letting your monitor know how much manure is being flowed through the applicator. The second step is a system that monitors the speed of the tractor, width of the spread pattern and flow. By recording these factors, you will have a constant reading of how much manure is being applied per acre. Finally, by connecting your system to a GPS, you can produce a reliable map of where you applied the manure on the land. With write-back capability, a printed map can be created for your records.

    Because of growing environmental concerns, Cadman also offers with its monitoring panel an RF control system for the source pump at the lagoon or pit. Options include emergency stop of the engine/tractor, constant monitoring of engine RPM and pump pressure, and ability to increase or decrease engine RPM to control the pump pressure.
